LUBON currently ships products only within India.
We may expand our shipping services to international locations in the future.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days depending on the customer’s location and courier service availability.

4. Shipping Charges
LUBON currently offers free shipping on all orders across India.
No additional shipping charges will be applied during checkout unless specifically mentioned.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for selected products and serviceable locations.
LUBON reserves the right to disable COD for certain orders based on delivery location, order value, or risk assessment.

Orders are shipped using trusted courier and logistics partners through Shiprocket to ensure smooth and reliable delivery.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details and order updates will be shared with customers through WhatsApp whenever available.
Customers can use the provided tracking information to monitor the delivery status of their order.
8. Address Changes
Customers can request shipping address changes before the order is dispatched at no additional cost.
Once the order has been shipped, any additional shipping or reshipping charges due to address changes must be borne by the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details during checkout.

Claims related to damaged, missing, or incorrect products may require proper unboxing proof for verification.
