1.Return, Replacement & Refund Eligibility
LUBON provides replacement and refund support only for eligible cases.
Products are eligible for replacement or refund only in the following situations:
• Damaged product received
• Wrong product delivered
• Missing main parts required for product completion
• Product cannot be replaced due to stock unavailability
To process any replacement or refund request, customers must provide a proper unboxing video as proof while opening the package.
Claims without valid unboxing proof may not be accepted.
2.Return Conditions
To qualify for a replacement or refund:
• Product must be unused
• Original packaging must be available
• All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned
• Request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
3.Replacement & Refund Policy
Once the issue is verified by our support team, LUBON will arrange one of the following:
Replacement:
• Replacement of the product
• Replacement of missing main parts when applicable
Refund:
Refunds may be issued only in the following situations:
• Replacement product is unavailable
• Ordered product cannot be fulfilled
• Order cancellation is approved before shipment
• Other cases approved by LUBON after verification
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Replacement or refund approval is subject to verification by our support team.
4.Return Shipping Charges
LUBON will bear return shipping charges only for:
• Damaged products
• Wrong products delivered
• Missing main parts required for product completion
• Other verified cases approved by our support team
In all other applicable cases, return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
5.Unboxing Proof Requirement
For safety and verification purposes, customers are strongly advised to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.
This video helps us verify:
• Damaged items
• Wrong products
• Missing main parts
Without proper unboxing proof, replacement or refund requests may be rejected.
6.Non-Returnable Situations
Replacement or refund requests will not be accepted for:
• Used products
• Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling or misuse
• Products without original packaging
• Missing items or parts reported without valid proof
• Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product
7.Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Eligible prepaid orders cancelled before shipment will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
8.Toy Safety Disclaimer
LUBON products are recommended for children aged 5 years and above.
Some products may contain small parts that could pose a choking hazard for younger children. Adult supervision is recommended during play.
Customers are advised to follow all safety instructions mentioned on product packaging.
